Shiv Sena has already started the preparations for the
BMC 2022 elections. Uddhav Thackeray and party is all set to campaign and is trying its level best to woo the Gujarati community.
BJP has taken the advantage of this campaign and started an Atmanirbhar Chai Campaign to challenge the same. The Modi Government started the discussion about the Atmanirbhar Bharat and so taking the advantage of the same BJP has started this Atmanirbhar Chai Campaign. The campaign was started in Dadar and was inaugurated by the former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
According to MNS,
BJP and Shiv Sena are doing this just to perform stunts and get the majority of votes from the Gujarati community which is the major source of polls in the BMC.
Shiv Sena has been the ruling civic party in the BMC for years now, but BJP at the same point wants the power and seek control over the BMC.
